I have purchased 4 cars in my life, the first from a relative, second from a typical spot on McLoughlin Blvd, third from a big Toyota dealership, and finally my most recent from this dealership. Having had car shopping experiences at an array of car dealerships I can easily say that this dealership was HANDS DOWN my best experience. I am incredibly indecisive and immediately after arriving I was told I could take my time and test drive as many of the cars as I wanted. It was all very low pressure and everyone we interacted with were super nice and helpful. We went in thinking we couldn't afford anything newer than a 2011 and left with a great deal on a 2013. The entire process was very laid back, straightforward, and easy. I had been pre-approved for an auto loan through the same lender this dealership tends to go through often (Oregon Community Credit Union) and that helped expedite things, but even with that I expected to spend more than an hour on paperwork and it only took about 20 minutes. Subaru shopping can be a bit stressful because if you know much about Subarus you know there is always the possibility of getting stuck with a car only 20,000 miles from a head gasket or similarly stressful and expensive repair. At this dealership we quickly became confident that their pre-purchase subaru-specific inspections and improvements made to the car by Subaru mechanics were our best shot at getting the best used Subaru possible. Overall, we left impressed by how helpful and efficient everyone in there works and happy that we found a place that not only gave us a great deal on a well vetted vehicle but also a place we can feel good about bringing it back to in the next few years if we need any work done.
