My Mom has driven across country and was having issues with her Subaru. We took her car to Accolade Auto and they were so supportive, skilled and knowledgeable. My mom refers to Becca as the “Crown Jewel”! They are so fortunate to have her... she goes the extra mile. Everyone there is so professional. Thanks so much for everything!! In addition, we recently bought a car here for our daughter. It had a brand new motor and was in excellent condition. The owner was so nice and even stayed late to help us finish filling out paperwork and answering questions. Our daughter loves her new car! And we feel great about the purchase. Would definitely recommend them.

I've never had such a pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. Especially a used one. This place knows Subaru and does a great job going through their vehicle to put out a reliable car. The best part though was the people here. They went out of the way make sure all the mats and little pieces inside the car were working and threw in free accessories. For being as small as they are they really took care of us from dropping off our car at our work to sending someone to stand in line at the DMV. They really are amazing! Can't give enough stars.

Overall Good Experience. Great service, the car has been in excellent running condition for over a year now, and we are pleased with the sales process. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is we felt that the price was higher than the average market price for a higher mileage older Subaru.

The cars are priced well for all the work they perform to them before they are sold, you will get a very reliable vehicle. I live an hour away and pass a whole lot of Subaru's on my way to buy from them however it's definitely worth it.

I have been coming here for years and I am always satisfied with the quality of service Jon and his team give! This is my second car I have bought here and i am very happy with them both! I had Jon (owner) and Matt (tech) rebuild the engine on my WRX STi due to broken ring-land. Some positives from working with Accolade: * Jon worked with me to spec an engine build I would be happy with. Since the car sees almost 100% track use, longevity and build quality were paramount. *I don't feel like Jon ever tried to "up sell" me on anything. *Jon & Matt found some additional compromised parts while re-assembling the engine. He could have just re-installed them and I would nave never noticed, but instead he chose replaced them (at his expense). The only negative from my end is the job took a little longer than originally promised, but in the end, I would have much rather waited a bit longer and have the job done correctly. After the break-in period I carefully inspected ALL of their work and didn't find anything to complain about. They even used the correct amount of sealant on the valve covers and oil pan (some sloppy shops will just goop it on and call it a day). I appreciate the attention to detail they showed in putting everything back together correctly. In conclusion, I will definitely be going back to accolade. They treated me and the car well.
