What a wonderful experience we had! Have never had an experience like this at an auto shop/dealer. Amazing service, knowledge, friendly, answers all questions and really cares about their customers. Jon is so knowledgeable and customer service is exceptional. We could not be more satisfied or happy with our car and the service. Thanks for being awesome!!

This review is long overdue. As other reviews have mentioned, Jon is an extremely honest person and has his customer's best interests in mind. Jon called me the day before I was set to pick up my car to let me know he noticed an oil leak and that he was going to have his mechanic fix it for me before I drove it off his lot. Turns out he needed to order a new part and he covered the expense himself. How many car dealership owners would have done that? Can't thank Jon and his team enough!

I absolutely recommend Accolade to anyone with a Subaru!! They got my 2000 Outback in right away and went above and beyond by providing some extra services at no charge. Jon’s communication was great: he kept me updated the whole time about pricing and about what my car (aka Rose) needed. I will definitely be coming back!

If you're looking for a Subaru repair facility that knows how to do the job correctly and cost-effectively, look to Jon and his staff at Accolade Auto in Hillsboro. Jon lives and breathes Subaru, and his professionalism and communication were appreciated during a recent extensive repair/refurbish job he did for us. Most facilities would not go to the extent that Accolade did to get the job done right, let alone take it on in the first place. In other hands, the project could have been a costly disaster, but under his leadership it came off without a hitch. With a blend of new and well-researched used parts, Jon and his team breathed new life into our 2002 Outback as cost-effectively as possible. Running a sales and repair facility during a pandemic is challenging, to say the least. Despite those challenges, Jon and his team remain focused on providing great customer service and satisfaction. He is also highly concerned with taking the proper precautions to insure customer health safety. He's definitely earned my repeat business! Thank you Jon and staff!

These guys will treat you very well. Honest & will tell you like it is, gently. I'd tell 8 out of 5 people to buy here, if that tells you how good I felt they are.

Jon, Ben, and the service team are awesome. I made the mistake of buying a 2003 Forester from some shady dealer in NE Portland that had some "issues". I took it in to Accolade and they were all over it. They did some pretty extensive troubleshooting and were able to nail the problems and fix them at a very reasonable price. They even threw in some free work. I'm definitely coming back to these guys for any other work I need.
