For many years I've had this shop do work on a 2011 Outback and 2021 Outback, for both general service, troubleshooting and installation of a lift on a brand new car. Each person I've worked with has been pleasant, information and helpful. They recently gave advice to me that was against their best interest as a shop when they discovered some engine issues in my car (could have advised I had work done but suggested I do not). I plan to take any Subarus I have to them in the future, as done my son with the 2011 model even though he lives in Portland.

This is the first review I have ever written and for good reason. PLEASE GO HERE!!! Words cannot express how grateful I am for the people here. I have been in such a tough position lately with my vehicle, having taken it to another mechanic many times, still having issues with it and costs adding up significantly with no true solution. I finally decided to take my vehicle to Accolade Auto so that I could get another opinion. I was met with the absolute best customer service. Madeline alone is so empathetic, knowledgeable, and organized. She spent so much time listening to me explain every single detail about my car so that they would have all of the proper information. Then, after getting our car inspected, we received the most detailed and thorough report I have ever seen. Although my car has many issues and it is certainly not best case scenario, the amount of comfort and ease this company has given me about my situation is something you can’t put a price on. Madeline spent so much time going over the report and made sure that I understood the issues with my vehicle so that I can make the most informed decision. They provided me with exactly what I was looking for, which was clarity about what was wrong with my vehicle and a clear path moving forward. It is so rare to see such a combination of expertise, communication, and support and that is exactly what I have experienced here! I may be in a tough spot with my vehicle but Accolade Auto has truly made a bad situation so much better. For that, I am so grateful. So, please consider going to this company because again, they are so knowledgeable, transparent, kind, and reliable. I also cannot express how much I wish that I had come here first as I would have saved so much money. This will be the only place I go to from now on.

I bought my Lexus RX 300 from Jon at Accolade Auto about three months ago, and I purposely wanted to wait a little while before leaving an honest review. Jon was very flexible and accommodating, especially since we were traveling from Seattle to come see the car. The vehicle was very clean inside and out and was exactly as described in the listing. Three months later, it has been reliable, efficient, and has treated me very well. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and really appreciate Jon’s honesty and straightforwardness throughout the buying process. I would definitely recommend Accolade Auto to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle!

I bought a Mazda from Jon at Accolade Auto a few months ago, and was SO happy I did! They take such pride in the vehicles they sell, and were happy to show me the records of all of the work they’d done to ensure it was a reliable vehicle before putting it up for sale. Jon even brought me back to the mechanic who had worked on the car so that I could ask a few more questions. I had such peace of mind buying from Accolade Auto and honestly only have amazing things to say about them. Which is definitely rare when buying a used car. My car was unfortunately in an accident recently, and Jon even offered to help me if the insurance company tries to give me a lower valuation on the vehicle. They go above and beyond in everything they do. If you’re looking for a used car, this is definitely the best place to get one.

I am not sure where to start. You know you found a damn good mechanic when you stress everyday that you realize you haven't left a review yet! I had the absolute best experience with Accolade Auto. They really are the Subaru specialists and very knowledgeable at what they do. First off, I had the most thorough and honest inspection I've ever had done on a vehicle! They took pictures of every single thing they inspected and they sent me the pictures easily through text message links. I felt so comfortable and safe knowing that they took that extra step to take pictures of everything they inspected. Not only does that show that they're taking the time and not missing anything, but they're sending it to you as well whether you know cars or not. Even though I don't know cars very well, I felt like they did a great job of explaining to me everything that needed to be done and what could wait. These guys prioritized my safety and offered to literally have me delay paying them so I would have money to Uber and not drive my car that they felt wasn't safe for me to drive. Listen to them, because they saved my car from serious further damage! They worked with me on my low budget and I am still grateful months later. I honestly feel bad for not writing this review sooner! Madeline and Jon were very informative through text and over the phone. They let me know all of my options, how to keep costs down for me, gave me other options for if I wanted to sell or auction my car etc. (Accolade auctions cars and sells cars, as well as fixes them). It was fantastic and so easy that I got to drop my car off after hours. They have a secure lock box and an amazing streamlined process to drop your vehicle off so you don't have to get up early or fight traffic in the morning. I was also able to pick up my vehicle at night after work after hours which was extremely convenient. Another thing that was pretty awesome was they sent me invoices via text and let me approve or disapprove by the click of a button. So I got to pick my options from home! I don't want anything to go wrong with my car, but I can't wait to work with these guys again! I have always gone to family for mechanical issues but I am so glad to have found a local place that I trust and has my back when it comes to safety (and financial capability as well to be honest). Readers: I am just a regular gal who needed help urgently, who was low on money and didn't know where to turn to... Turn to accolade you guys! They got your back and you will not be sorry to place your trust in them.
