Honestly there's a part of me that wants to keep this place a secret for myself because Accolade Auto and the crew here are what we all wish was the standard every business lived up to, but sadly just isn't (with few exceptions), but this place is what so many of us need... A trusted mechanic to take care of and extend the life of the (in my case) not-so new cars my family loves and wants to keep going for years to come. My first experience here was bringing a new to us (used) Subaru for my kid to have some routine service done. I told Madeline the situation over the phone, and how I wanted to teach my kid how to talk to and work with mechanics and service technicians to triage and prioritize what things needed serviced first, and make a plan for less important fixes later when funds got replenished. When we came in, Madeline and several of the mechanics sat down and talked us through everything in the front room; it felt almost like a family meeting, and all the rates were reasonable! Now they take care of two more Subaru's for us. No matter how busy they are, they do their best to take care everyone and get your car back to you as quickly as possible. The techs compile a thorough report of your vehicles issues complete with photos, videos, cost estimates, etc. and Madeline is always just a call or text away to communicate next steps. This place and the crew here are truly the best!

Needed my car looked at after sitting for a year. I was not expecting the professionalism and the courtesy I received from Madeline and the Technicians. With everything going on right now in the world it is really nice to feel like a human being. They contacted me with questions and information about repairs and did not beat around the bush. Definitely gonna refer family and friends here for service!

We had a wonderful experience buying our used car here. Jon was kind, honest, and attentive and truly listened to what we needed and went out of his way to make sure everything felt and worked right. Our car is perfect and zippy and cute and we feel safe driving it, and the whole process was completely stress-free and low-pressure. Had a timing belt replaced along with water pump on my 2014 sti. Madeline and the team were great! Took just a day, vs what would have taken me a week. Found a few things that needed to be replaced also, parts were available. Cost was very reasonable, with my own parts. It’s only been a few hours but I could not be happier. Just bought a 2015 Lexus from Jon, the owner. It was a great experience and easy transaction. They specialize in sales and service of Japanese imports such as Subaru, Toyota, and Lexus. The car was inspected and serviced before the sale and Jon was very up front by sharing the inspection report and Carfax with me. Simpler than going to a dealership and the doc fees were lower too. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about John and the Accolade Auto staff. I had been looking for a specific car for a long time and by the time I met John, I was quite done with car salesman and private dealers. John was incredibly respectful, honest, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was easy to communicate with. After purchasing the car, John worked with me to upgrade the suspension. He made great recommendations and the work they did on my vehicle is excellent. The prices are incredibly fair and and John is detailed in explaining what you are paying for. We won’t go anywhere else for auto sales or mechanic work again.
