Alright, this was a very very long overdue review so buckle up! TL;DR These guys will go out of their way to do what is right for the customer 10/10 times and they are the absolute best in the biz! So, I've been coming here for about 2 years now. I bought my WRX elsewhere used and since then I have had numerous issues unfortunately. That being said, these guys have been there since the beginning of my journey to help fix my car in the most budget friendly but also RELIABLE way they possibly could. They took care of me when they noticed other issues unrelated to the issue at hand and they also cracked down on the main problem my car had that was likely messing with my car from the beginning (ECBS with no tune = not good! P.S. they do not tune). Fast forward to now and I feel like my car is finally in a near perfect spot thanks to these guys (still have some more mods I want to do;)). The pricing is more than fair and these guys will do what is right for the customer always. They'll take into account all the options and let you know what they think is best; they're the experts and know what is best for your car so trust them! I'm happy with the speed, pricing, communication and quality of their work and will continue going here for anything Subaru related! They are always busy so it may take a little bit of time to get your car in but it's worth it. Jon is the owner, Ben works in between shop and front, Matt is in the shop, Justin and Anne are at the front. I'm sure they have other members I didn't mentioned but they are all amazing Subaru owners and people! I could not say any nicer things about this team! Friendly tip: They are typically busy and your call may occasionally be missed. Just call 15-30 minutes later :)
