Hillsboro Subaru Repair

About a year ago we purchased a 2007 Subaru WRX from Accolade Auto. It was my partner's first car purchase and it was a very pleasant experience. John and Accolade Auto came recommended from his father that I met in Yreka,CA (small world). Accolade Auto did not disappoint. From the test drive to the financing options, John did a great job! The PNW loves it's Subarus and John and his team cater to us by bringing in clean, safe, mechanically sound, and affordable Subarus. I heard his mechanics get mad at him when he brings in cars that aren't Subarus (Die Hard Subaru guys) lol. Our WRX has been running amazing for the past year but recently it needed to have the alternator replaced. No biggie because we already knew which Subaru techs we we're going to see to have the problem fixed. I also own a newer Subaru (bought elsewhere and not a pleasant car shopping experience) and I know that I will be bringing it in to Accolade for any future maintenance it requires. You can't go wrong here. Come visit them for your new car purchase!

Even though the Hillsboro location is out of my way, I was very happy to find Jon's dealership - very much worth the trip. After talking to several other used Subaru dealers who didn't inspire any confidence and whose cars just weren't good enough, I got a great car and a good deal from Jon and concerned follow-up, too. He is the kind of dealer we all wish for.

Got a decent '06 Impreza at a reasonable price. They must have forgot to mention that the car had been completely totaled in a previous accident, and I found out the hard way when I was rear ended. The rear-end impact caused the about 200 lbs of body filler to fall off the left quarter panel and both left doors revealing a mangled mess of previously destroyed sheet metal. Got it repaired right and in the process also found that the front sub-frame and front bumper support were also completely mangled in the previous accident, and the guys at Accolade just filled all the damage with Bondo instead of repairing it right.

I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Jon at Accolade Auto. He went above and beyond to help me secure a really great interest rate at a credit union, approximately 4% lower than Wells Fargo. The car is great and Jon has been awesome about responding to any questions I have had, even two months after my purchase. If you hate car lots because the salesman are pushy and shady then you should definitely check out Accolade. There was literally no pressure to buy, he worked with me on the price a bit, but it was fair to begin with. I will be sending more people his way if they are in the market for a quality used Subaru.

So, I was in the need for a new car. The old Subaru just was just nearly dead and I enjoy having a Subaru as a daily. I did some digging online and found a few nice looking cars at Accolade. I stopped by and was shown some nice cars. Fairly new with some low miles. I was treated very well there and got a good deal. The car is in excellent shape and runs like a top. I would recommend this dealer if your looking for a gently used Subaru. They also fix cars, but I haven't used their service yet. I have recommended others to this dealership and they have also had a good experience.

On January 12, 2015 I bought an Aspen White 2006 WRX as my first Subaru. It is a solid ride, extremely clean. They provided exceptionally friendly service with little pressure. The car sold itself! Matt and Jon keep good selection on their lot but I saw the WRX sedan and knew it was the one for me. It is very clean and I got a great deal, only 75,000 miles on a vehicle that can easily run 300,000. Accolade Auto stands by their rigs and I know if I have any further questions they will be more than happy to provide feedback and resource advice. The mechanic is a die hard enthusiast and I feel I can trust him to make the right call with any questions I may have down the road.

These guys not only have sold me two stellar Subarus but they also stand behind them. Whenever I have questions or need a part they are sure to help me. Matt, the mechanic, knows his way around these cars and provides sound advice without me having to deal with visiting the expensive dealerships. John runs an honest business here. When it was time for me to check out a second Subaru he was extremely helpful and actually listened to my concerns. He works hard to please his customers and it shows. I have recommended all of my friends to check Accolade Auto out if they are considering a Subaru. I encourage the same, these cars are lifesavers!

I have bought two 2005 Subaru Outlook from Accolade and it has been a pleasurable experience on both. John showed me their inspection reports, was open and up front with all the work that had been done on the cars and clear about what issues remained. He was extremely helpful in resolving a couple of items found after we had the cars and I would highly recommend purchasing from Accolade Auto. It is the ONLY auto dealership I have ever bought more than one car from.
