I have purchased 4 cars in my life, the first from a relative, second from a typical spot on McLoughlin Blvd, third from a big Toyota dealership, and finally my most recent from this dealership. Having had car shopping experiences at an array of car dealerships I can easily say that this dealership was HANDS DOWN my best experience. I am incredibly indecisive and immediately after arriving I was told I could take my time and test drive as many of the cars as I wanted. It was all very low pressure and everyone we interacted with were super nice and helpful. We went in thinking we couldn't afford anything newer than a 2011 and left with a great deal on a 2013. The entire process was very laid back, straightforward, and easy. I had been pre-approved for an auto loan through the same lender this dealership tends to go through often (Oregon Community Credit Union) and that helped expedite things, but even with that I expected to spend more than an hour on paperwork and it only took about 20 minutes. Subaru shopping can be a bit stressful because if you know much about Subarus you know there is always the possibility of getting stuck with a car only 20,000 miles from a head gasket or similarly stressful and expensive repair. At this dealership we quickly became confident that their pre-purchase subaru-specific inspections and improvements made to the car by Subaru mechanics were our best shot at getting the best used Subaru possible. Overall, we left impressed by how helpful and efficient everyone in there works and happy that we found a place that not only gave us a great deal on a well vetted vehicle but also a place we can feel good about bringing it back to in the next few years if we need any work done. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out if you are looking for a Subaru!!

I should have write this review a long time ago but life get in the way. Last year in September I had to replace my beat up dodge shadow 1993. I contacted Jon and told him that I wanted a Subaru Outback with winter pack and all those cool things in a car for the winter in the beautiful northwest. Heated seats, sunroof, fog lamps, roof rack, towing pack, but most important as manual transmission. I did have a limit and it was not very much. He told me that he would look for one but it was like finding an unicorn in the Subaru's world. I tried to be patient but I really needed a car so I bugged him almost every week. About a month later he told me that he had a Forester 2005 turbo manual transmission but did not have the sunroof. I went to look at it and took it for a drive. I fell in love with it right away and decided to buy it. I did not know anything about subaru's much less turbo care or how to operate it well to avoid ruin it. Jon took the time to explain how it work and how to take care of it. He took me to the car and opened the hood, explained every single part important to know about fluids levels and to top off fluids. He really knows his stuff. He really went above and beyond to explain and answer every single question that I had. A couple of weeks later I called him from Warm Springs, Oregon. I had just filled my tank with less quality gas and I thought I should ask him what to do. He again told what to do and how to do it. Jon and his crew really coach me on how not to destroy my Pearl. Yes, I call my car "Pearl". What I really want to tell you all is that when you buy a car from Accolade Auto, you not only buy from Jon that will work with you to get the car that you want, but also the team that will help you to take care of your car. I don't trust my car to anybody but Jon. 7 months later and I have no problems or regrets. I love my car and I had no problems with it. I have a Toyota Sienna that I bought several years ago from a Toyota leadership in Hillsboro, and I never trusted them the way I trust Jon with my Subaru Forester. Jon built us a custom RB5 Subaru 2.5 RS clone in 2013. The car is now 5 years old and runs, drives, and is as beautiful as the day we got it. Jon has always been honest with us and we have always felt like we were given special attention whenever we came in. I have taken my 2005 outback to him and my brother has had Jon service both his Subarus. We cannot say enough good things about Jon and his crew. My wife and I bought our first subaru here. It was an awesome experience! We had been looking for a subaru all over town and John gave us a great deal that we couldn't turn down. He was very helpful since it was our first time buying a car from a dealership. We had some issues with the bank that financed us but John was very patient and never rushed us or pressured us. There was great communication during this process. We love our Subaru and would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. Specially Subarus. He really knows his stuff on Subarus. His crew are also some of the best mechanics out there. They work fast and do great quality work. I will go back to get myself another Subaru later on.
