Accolade Auto is a clean shop, professional and communicates all information clearly if additional work is needed, why it is needed, and gives recommendations for proceeding. This shop did all work quickly and pointed out anything else that was seen, even if it was beyond the scope of the repairs. All in all, Jon was great to work with and he has some great cars for sale out front in you're looking to buy.

I'm really glad I had a friend suggest I look at Accolade. I probably wouldn't have otherwise. Jon was great! He was honest and straightforward. No shenanigans. Helped figure out financing and didn't sell the car I was interested in while I waited for all of the financing to go through (I was dealing with insurance bs after an accident). I have been going to John at Accolade Auto for at least four years now. I have never received better service anywhere else and the prices are more than reasonable. John makes me feel confident in my car and his services, his warranty on parts makes me feel like I can really trust them wholeheartedly. If I have a worry, they check it out thoroughly and give me options. I would buy Subaru cars until the end of time if John and his team could work on them, they truly are the best people around.
